03Minimum spend

The minimum, paid as they scan.Spent at the table.

Minimum reached at 18:05.The deposit is already off the bill.

Daybed 3 ordered 1.657.000 IDR. The 1.500.000 IDR paid at the scan comes off it: 322.700 IDR is left to pay, service included.

Set an amount on the QR code of a daybed, a cabana or a VIP table, per table or per guest. Guests settle it before the menu opens. It is not a fee: every order brings the table closer to it, in plain view of the guests and of your team.

Not reached? The bill adds a minimum-spend top-up, with no service charge on it.

04The system

One system, from the floor to the office.

The till, the kitchen and bar printers, the back office and the guest’s own account all read the same order. Nobody types it in again.

19:43:08

Léa sends her order from table 12.

19:43:08

The till shows it at once, under her name.

19:43:09

The bowl prints in the kitchen, the coffee at the bar, with her note.

19:43:09

In the office, the sale is counted and the açaí taken off the stock.

19:43:09

One order, everywhere at once. Nobody typed a thing twice.

19:43:09

Léa pays her share. The table turns settled, the takings are counted.

Friday 16.10

Léa comes back. Her order of the 9th is in her history, her credit waiting.

16 categories113 items12 tables2 printersOne roll: Tuesday 23:38, the old till’s last ticket. Wednesday 17:52, the first ScanPay order.

On the counter, the old till keeps serving while its menu is copied, key by key, onto the ScanPay tablet. On Wednesday morning its screen goes dark; on launch day it is taken away and the tablet takes its place. The kitchen printer never moves: on the same roll come the old till’s last ticket, Tuesday at 23:38, the test page, Wednesday at 11:02, and the first ScanPay order, Wednesday at 17:52.

Included: free migration, menu setup, printer setup, team training.

Friday night, a full room. Tickets printing in the kitchen and at the bar.

Out of paper: the kitchen printer stops halfway through a ticket.

The till tries three times, then sends the ticket to the bar. On its own.

Your manager messages your ScanPay contact, who knows your setup.

New roll in, “Try again” in the queue: the kitchen has its ticket.

Meanwhile, table 4 has paid. Service never waited.

The internet drops. Tickets still print in the kitchen.
